Individual Therapy
Available as traditional face to face or via a TeleHealth Model
Trauma focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, has been used for decades however, not everyone responds to this method.
The unique part of the your therapeutic journey with The Australian Centre of Trauma and Wellness, is that there are many ways that we can engage you to reach your healing potential.
We are not limited to the “talking solution”, and a therapist will discuss with you how to tailor each session of your journey to you, the individual. We work to support you using experiential modalities such as nature based, arts and equine assisted psychotherapy as well as more traditional room-based therapies.
